Martin Halstrick is founder and managing director of Crossfinch Advisory. He was most recently Managing Partner and shareholder of Signium International consultancy for Leadership and Transformation Services. Previously, he acted as an entrepreneur and strategic advisor in business transformation and communications for national and international companies. Prior to that, he held senior HR positions for a leading German, internationally operating financial institution. Previously, he worked for leading international management and HR consultancies. Here, he accompanied companies and organizations in the context of strategy, culture, leadership, and organizational projects. He is also active as a senior advisor in companies from his personal network.

Martin Halstrick studied business administration (MBA) in Germany and abroad. He is a certified Change Manager®, certified in (Hogan®) Talent Management Personnel Diagnostics, LSP® Professional  as well as a certified systemic coach and consultant (St. Gallen CTAS/ISO/ICI®). After studying business administration in Germany, he completed an Executive MBA at the Management Center of the University Bradford, UK. He is fluent in German and English.

As a transformation-experienced consultant, his work focuses on change and HR transformation consulting – more specifically, on designing programs and systems of culture, strategy, talent development and organizational design – in short, on structuring and strengthening the corporate agenda for the future.
